What happens straight after I pay?

Your hosting account is created automatically — usually within a minute. You get an email with your control panel username and password, and the service appears on your dashboard.

Do I need to already own a domain?

Yes. You register the domain with any registrar, then point it here. We do not sell domains.

How do I point my domain at you?

Set your nameservers to ns1.panel.kitimba.com and ns2.panel.kitimba.com at your registrar. If you would rather keep DNS elsewhere, point an A record at 158.220.127.114 instead. Your dashboard checks this for you and tells you when it is correct.

When does my SSL certificate get issued?

Automatically, as soon as your domain resolves to this server — so it depends on your DNS change propagating, usually well under a day. Until then your dashboard shows SSL as pending and explains why. It renews itself after that.

Is email really included?

Yes, on every plan. You get mailboxes on your own domain with webmail, plus IMAP and SMTP over TLS, spam and virus filtering, and DKIM signing so your mail is more likely to reach the inbox.

What happens when my hosting expires?

We remind you before the date. If it lapses there is a short grace period while everything keeps running, and only after that is the account suspended. Your files and email are kept — renewing restores service immediately.

Can I move to a bigger plan later?

Yes. Upgrade at any time from your dashboard and you pay only the difference for the days remaining in your year. Your renewal date does not change.

Will my price go up at renewal?

No. What you sign up at is what you renew at, monthly or yearly. If we ever change list prices, existing customers stay on the rate they joined at.

Monthly or yearly — which should I pick?

Monthly is easier to start and you can stop any time. Yearly costs two months less and means approving one payment a year instead of twelve, which is worth considering since each mobile money payment needs your approval.

How do I pay?

Mobile money. You enter your number, a prompt appears on your phone, and you approve it with your PIN.
